My husband had them reset my solitaire with a trillion diamond on each side. I had no idea and was completely surprised. Selin pulled it off as did her husband. I thought we were dropping my diamond off for a resizing. Needless to say, tears starting flowing as I had no idea and thought she was handing me the wrong ring. It was gorgeous. I can only rave about the service and attention to detail that Selin and Sayat have taken to assist me with several purchases! They helped me turn a diamond ear cuff (that was painful to wear) into a necklace / bracelet. They helped me turn a piece of jewelry rarely worn into a piece I wear almost daily!
This place is awesome! A link had busted on my gold plated silver rope chain that I had brought it in and they offered to fix it for no costs. The end product is great as I can’t even tell where it was broken. They are very knowledgeable and great at what they do.
