Im so glad to see that I am not the only one with issues with Susan and this Place! We signed the lease without seeing the apartment because Susan said that she was not able to leave the office; when we got in the apartment it was a mess there was a laundry list of things that needed fixed, so we put in the request on a Friday including that we had no hot water. This is the worst place ive ever been in. the staff is horrible. they like to put down people that live there just cause they cant do their job right. its honestly oneof the most pathletic place ive ever lived in.

They change the locks on your last day of moving then they throw out your food food that cost over \$100 and then they claim the the \$30 vertical blinds were broken and they say call it even for the blinds. They are so rude. I strongly recommend not rent from the place because they do not keep up the place and they have alot of drug activity around and neighbors break in your cars and child molesters they live around there also. Beware! They are great until you need something fixed. They are more concerned about the cosmetics of the property than their residents well-being. Its also difficult to get in and out of. They change ownership about twice a year and the staff is most always rude. If you have children, this is not a place I would recommend.
Excellent neighbors but they have horrible maintenance guys.I wouldnt recommend anyone live here.If anything goes wrong you might as well fix it your self.
Pretty nice apartments. No problems with other tenants. Maintainance people are pretty good also. Much less expensive than other places I looked at. Easy access to highway.
