Office administration person very unprofessional & acts like she knew everything about the mental & health of the elderly. Instead of displaying empathy & understand ing she always put the blame on the clients family when there were serious concerns. A lazy caregiver was assigned to my elderly family member & when family complainied about a particular occurrence we were treated as if it was our fault. Look around for other care services.
Friendly, courteous, respectful, people oriented, and most important I love the people there.
Have been using them for several months as a Twin Falls home care provider for my mom. Tried out 2 others, but Kim and the crew give me no reason to switch. Call them for the free meeting.
