I purchased a chain for my daughter for her birthday and less than 24 hours the chain popped. I try to give him the benefit of the doubt and let him fix it. The same day after picking it up I tried it on her, and it broke. Just like all the other comments on here. He was very rude about it and blamed me. This place is a total scam and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend if you’ve been burned, you do the same.

I changed my mind about a purchase, the manager refused to give my money back and refused to call the owner. I had to call police in order to get the information needed. They have $50 cancelation fee, which is ridiculous, especially since they don't have money on hand in the store. There excuse is that they have had no sales today, but how can they give change to a customer if they make a purchase.
