Dropped by to have a battery replaced in my watch. She broke the glass while putting the back cover back on after replacing the battery and tried to say it was like that when I handed it to her. I mentioned this immediately to her. It was NOT like this when I handed it to her. Why would I be there to replace my battery and not the glass as well if it were broken !! They lost my business.
