They had a bracelet we brought in for repair over 3 months and never touched it. After a month of waiting and not hearing anything we went in to check and see how things were going and were told that it would be done that same week. Then we never heard anything and time got away from us so we went back in today- over 3 months later and they first couldn’t find it and then after they did finally find it they hadn’t even touched it yet! I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid this place they are crooks.
I bought a silver ring on Etsy that was size 6. The owner was able to upsize it to size 12. For a very reasonable price I will definitely come back in the future for more jewelry purchasing and work done there they do very good silversmithing and goldsmithing
