I asked this guy if he could change a watch battery on a Montblanc watch, he told me yes. I took my watch to him next day and he ruined the watch. He must be blind. He tried to open the watch with a knife or screwdriver in a totally wrong place, he put his knife between part of the watch case and not the back cover.
