HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS! Have more respect for their customers! On average i place orders varying from $500 - $1000 dollars. I decided to test jewelrymax.net with an $80 dollar purchase, because i had never ordered from them and wasn't sure what to expect. I placed the order and did not receive it for weeks, calling and emailing multiple times with no response.
