asked this shop to create and add a couple links to a tennis bracelet and then freshen up the rhodium plating. they produced some of the most awful workmanship i have seen in my life, the links are not at all similar to the ones requested, and are not appealing on their own. also did a poor job rhodium plating any competent jeweler would be ashamed to put their name on this product. do not recommend

I almost don’t want to share this secret, but this little shop deserves all the love. The owners are the kindest people — they helped me design a custom necklace for my sister’s birthday and treated it like it was their own gift. The attention to detail and the warmth they show every customer make this place so special.
Absolutely recommend, Alex is a person of his word. I brought my grandfathers pocket watch that did not work in years. He told me he would have a look at it and it was back to work when I came to pick it up. I almost cried I was so happy. Alex is the best!
