I took a ring with several diamonds in to see about extracting the diamonds so I could keep them and sell the gold. However, Alex couldn't get all the stones out of the ring, and handed back the portion of the ring with diamonds still set. Only later upon inspection did I notice one of the diamonds was broken. This was not mentioned to me at all in the store. I'm very disappointed with the way this was handled.

asked this shop to create and add a couple links to a tennis bracelet and then freshen up the rhodium plating. they produced some of the most awful workmanship i have seen in my life, the links are not at all similar to the ones requested, and are not appealing on their own. also did a poor job rhodium plating any competent jeweler would be ashamed to put their name on this product. do not recommend

I almost don’t want to share this secret, but this little shop deserves all the love. The owners are the kindest people — they helped me design a custom necklace for my sister’s birthday and treated it like it was their own gift. The attention to detail and the warmth they show every customer make this place so special.
