Ali is the BEST. I went to him to get a new watch to take the links out, which he did quickly. But I had to go back to ask him to replace the same watch with a different new inner clasp (this was not his fault, the watch mfg did not have a better quality clasp) which he did a great job as well. Super nice person and very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!!
