Went here yesterday to get a couple prongs on a side stone of my engagement ring tightened as it was pretty wiggly. I was immediately helped and she looked at it and took it in. I received a call only two hours later with it ready, with ALL of the prongs tightened and the ring sparkling clean at no cost. Incredible service and shop. Definitely going back there to shop/have my jewelry serviced!!
Was looking for a special charm for my charm bracelet to remember this milestone trip and found this sweet little jewelry store. The young girl there was super helpful and found a pair of scrap sand dollar earrings that she turned into a charm for my bracelet! She even found this extra cute kitty charm! She got it soldered together in 2 hours before I left town and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out and my experience!
Called this morning to see what they were paying for gold, they say they pay 15% below spot at the current price. That's $500 less an ounce, called 3 other places. And they were only 5% below spot. Do your homework? Don't trust reviews, call around.
