The one-star review was a little unjust. I have had nothing but good experiences with this store. They change the batteries in my watches at low cost and found an unusual replacement wristband for a watch that I hadn't been able to locate myself. When I had to have some jewelry appraised for legal purposes, they told me straightforwardly (for free) that it wasn't worth much and the appraisal would be a waste of money. It's not exactly Tiffany but the people and service are good.
