My ring is missing a diamond less than 30 days after I got it. I got a bracelet for my 4 month old baby stating I wanted her name gold plated, after 2 weeks I still hadn’t received a call stating it was ready so I called the number on the receipt and I was given a complete different number to call. When I called they told me it had been ready for a couple of days, When I arrived to pick it up they had only engraved it, not to mention it was crooked and it’s had to tell what it even saids. It’s my babies first jewelry piece I’ll be taking it elsewhere to have it customized to my liking.
