They treat you like family in the way that they really want to help you with the jewelry that you have and want and they dont do it in a way of their own needs for making money. I made an appointment with Joel Lackey to appraise two diamond rings that belong to my grandmother. He was VERY professional and the rings NEVER left my sight. I left with a certificate with a picture on it and the value of each ring. Joel Lackey, has been doing this for a VERY long time, and I felt so at ease in his office. I was TOTALLY satisfied with his services, and recommend them HIGHLY!
