I have to be honest in saying I dont think I ha e ever experienced such a kind and honest jeweler before. They treat you like family in the way that they really want to help you with the jewelry that you have and want and they dont do it in a way of their own needs for making money. They are honest and extremely helpful. They took time to help me and listen to my concerns and needs. More then pleased with this business and the people. Thank you!
I made an appointment with Joel Lackey to appraise two diamond rings that belong to my grandmother. He was VERY professional and the rings NEVER left my sight. I left with a certificate with a picture on it and the value of each ring. Joel Lackey, has been doing this for a VERY long time, and I felt so at ease in his office. I was TOTALLY satisfied with his services, and recommend them HIGHLY!
