I had an excellent experience here! The owner was very nice and most importantly very honest. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning.
The owner is a good man and I trust him with any repairs I will need in the future. I called to ask how much it would be to glue a pearl back onto an earring post and he told me I could just do it myself with some epoxy from Hobby Lobby. I think most business owners would try to get as much out of you as possible but not him, he might be one of the few honest business owners left in this world. Edmund is a true gentleman. I put a ring on hold with a $300 deposit almost 2 years ago.... I totally forgot about it and they could have easily taken the money and "re-sold" it. They called me and let me know its been there and have been trying to get ahold of me, AND still honored the price of our original deal. Even though the price of gold has gone up substantially. Can't find honesty like that very often anymore. Expesualy in the jewelry business. Thank you Edmund, I will be back.
I strongly recommend anyone needing repairs to go to jewelry FIXX. My mom is 95 and needed her glasses fixed, and they were gracious!
I go there for watch-battery changes. Great service from father & son. Update: they've moved to the Valencia location, but the same great service from Eddie!
