Excellent service and repair. I had a broken buckle in my chain and it only cost me $35 to repair it and it took them only 30 minutes. Did an excellent job. Also they cleaned my wedding ring for free. Definitely coming back to this place.
I was in search of a good clasp for my 14K gold necklace. It was my first visit at a mall stall but John was phenomenal and went above and beyond to support me. He not only managed to untangle my necklace delicately with his tweezers but reviewed various clasp options with me and did a full welding of the clasp to my chain. He was incredibly professional and generous. Clasp and service was $55, such a great price!

John was incredibly helpful and made the most beautiful ring we could ask for at a fair price. Even though I'm an hour away, I will always be taking my jewelry to him!
