I don't know who that horrible young lady is that was running JE Monday afternoon 5/25/26, but she was so rude and acted like she didn't want my business. I was nothing but polite to her. She was basically in a rush to get me away from the kiosk, telling me the repair guy won't be in until Wednesday.
I swapped my watch band out and Ashley helped me. She was extremely helpful and quick.
Cold personality
Took excellent care of me and my watch, helped me before they were even supposed to be open!!
Megan did an awesome job replacing my watch battery and band - highly recommend!
