I was in search of a good clasp for my 14K gold necklace. It was my first visit at a mall stall but John was phenomenal and went above and beyond to support me. He not only managed to untangle my necklace delicately with his tweezers but reviewed various clasp options with me and did a full welding of the clasp to my chain. He was incredibly professional and generous. Clasp and service was $55, such a great price!

I’m so happy with my Georgian era rose cut diamond ring. The bezel was rebuilt on the two main stones. He removed old solder and even epoxy blobs. The before picture is on the left.
