Maryland Exchange Co. sells on ebay. I purchased a Norelco shaver/razor to be sent as a gift and filled out where it should be sent on THEIR checkout form. Instead they sent to my home when I was in Mexico. UPS left on an outside porch. Seller didn't respond to 4 emails when I asked about delivery.
