Worst place I have ever shopped at in my life. I was sold a used watch as a new one. I gave it to my wife on our anniversary only for her to notice that it had scratches on it. They also sold it with the case of another watch because the watch obviously no longer had a case. The original manufacturer's warranty was also missing. Very dodgy place. My girl bought my mom a cheap pair of earrings for mothers day for which these crooks charged her $100 after making her haggle it down from $400. They advertised that the piece featured diamonds- they don't... Its probably not even zirconia but nobody can tell because the "diamond" is a microscopic fleck nearly hidden behind another stone. And thanks to their "buyer beware" (no refund) policy, now we have to put a stop payment on the credit card charge and write a bunch of these nasty reviews
They seem friendly at first, but do not be fooled as I was. They damaged my engagement ring, although they ensured it would be safe and well taken care of, and I didnt even get an apology. They made me seem like the liar which was not professional at all. Do not waste your time here. Its worth paying a higher price elsewhere, that I have learned the hard way!
Regarding the review below: We do accept returns on all unused products. This watch when it came back after a month from original purchase date was severely abused/scratched on the bezel and showed signs of heavy wear and tear around the band. We do not accept used product returns, like any other retail store.
Save your money don't walk in that place you will get ripped off. I never felt so violated being ripped off by them. Trust me don't go in that place or you will be sorry.
Offered ring for $400 and when I went to purchase it was $550. Stay away from this place.
