I'm new to the area and needed a watch repaired. I noticed Jewelry Design on Wegewood Lane and went in. The 2 ladies and 1 gentleman that were there were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The watch was repaired in the time it took me to run a quick errand, and the price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend Jewelry Design!

I needed a battery for my watch and I chose Jewelry Design, because it was convenient. They got it done quickly and were friendly. Three months later my watch stopped working so I took it back to them. Pat explained that occasionally batteries fail but watches Do break. She told me that they would check it out and call me. Just a few hours later she called and told me that the watch was ready for pick up and there was no charge. I can recommend Jewelry Design for all your needs! 4Stars

I had a sterling silver charm which I wished to have mounted into a ring. Jewelry Design's silversmith said he could do it for me and I was helped to select the ring on which it would be mounted. I received a phone call three days later that the ring was completed and it was exactly what I hoped it would be!! Fantastic, professional workmanship!!!

I purchased a watch for my patient at the mall in Ocala but it was much too big on her so I brought it to jewelry design to have some links removed. Well the first time I brought it and brought it back to my patient. It was way too tight the next time I brought it in and brought it back to my patient. It was too loose again, but they didn’t charge me the second time I had to bring it a third time and it was just rightthey didn’t charge me but the first time and they were so friendly especially Pat

Wonderful place to do business! GREAT employees! For us, Raymond stands out! Exceptional service! We recommend this establishment for purchasing beautiful items or repairs. We had 3 rings resized and received them within a few hours. Perfect fit!!!
