Bought a gold chain & In a couple of months broke from the chain, not the closing part!
Muy mala atención por teléfono. Llamé para preguntar el precio del cambio de batería para varios relojes. Al principio la señora parecía dispuesta a ayudar, me preguntó qué marca es mi reloj pero en cuanto mencioné que eran como 10 relojes de diferentes marcas, su actitud cambió. Me empezó a interrumpir y con un tono déspota me dijo que no me iba a dar precios por teléfono. No me dejó ni terminar de decirle las marcas. Fue grosera e impaciente. Horrible service. They ruined a high end watch my husband took in just to have his battery replaced. The watch now does not work and they are denying any wrongdoing. They are not owning responsibility or willing to fix their error.
Best Jewelry place versus businesses that are chains instead of local. Owners are nice and respectful.
