This jewelry store is a rip-off. My boyfriend took his gold nugget bracelet in for a simple repair, initially quoted at $60. The store repeatedly changed the price, adding extra charges until it reached $130, then $30 more. When he declined the additional work and asked for his bracelet back, they claimed they'd already fixed it and demanded $130 for its return, threatening to break it down and still charge him. The staff was very rude even throwing the bracelet into the bag. Don't bring your jewelry here.
Do not go here to get ur jewelry repaired. Brought my gold nugget bracelet to get it repaired and at first they were only charging me 60 dollars. Two days later they called me saying it needed more work and the parts required were 30 each which was a total of 130 dollars. Muy mala atención por teléfono. Llamé para preguntar el precio del cambio de batería para varios relojes. Al principio la señora parecía dispuesta a ayudar, me preguntó qué marca es mi reloj pero en cuanto mencioné que eran como 10 relojes de diferentes marcas, su actitud cambió. Horrible service. They ruined a high end watch my husband took in just to have his battery replaced. The watch now does not work and they are denying any wrongdoing. They are not owning responsibility or willing to fix their error.
