DO NOT take your nice jewelry to these people.!!!!!!! I took it to be resized only and the whole top part of the ring came back to me completely botched so that it is now unrecognizable. There were so many things done that the integrity of the ring is totally lost. Stretching on one end, holes on that end, and the gold twisted the wrong way, and even the diamond was seated improperly. One side is especially badly hiked up. I have used The Jewelry Connection for many years, along with my father who has always been a loyal customer. The owner has always been fair and honest. I have purchased many items here, had many rings sized, and I have never had an issue. If there ever was an issue to arise, I know 110% that the owner would do everything in her power to make it right. I am very pleased with everything I have purchased, or had sized there. I would 10/10 recommended to anyone, and everyone. A great business!!! The best!!
