He did my best friend’s wedding ring, and it was a terrible job. So many things were wrong: the prongs were broken and placed incorrectly, compromising the diamond’s integrity - I can’t believe he’d sell a ring knowing the stone could fall out. I came into Jewelry By You to have my rings cleaned and inspected because one of my rings seemed bent. They did an amazing job! They did the cleaning and inspection for free and checked that all the stones were secure and that the settings were in good condition. Then they repaired my bent ring for a fair price. My rings are all sparkly and clean, and they look brand new. I would definitely recommend this jeweler to help keep your important jewelry in the best condition it can be.
I’ve fallen in love with my wedding ring again! The original purchase was not made from Jewelry by You but they replaced some missing stones on the side and the center stone to a larger one.
