I want to start by saying that I had a wonderful experience with Aaron when my husband and I made our wedding bands with him. We spent about four hours in the studio creating custom bands, adding engraving, and getting to know Aaron. 2-stars for that experience. My engagement ring was not made by Aaron. I have a tension ring that my husband found the diamond on our kitchen floor. I’ve had it for almost 10 years! We thought about sending back to where we bought it from. They said it would take a month and couldn’t give us an estimate of how much it would be. I looked locally and saw their ratings. Worth it! Said it would take a week, the texted a day later saying it was ready. Came back sparkly and new looking. I absolutely love my ring!! I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere after looking at thousands of rings online, and I was nervous to get a custom design--would it turn out like I envisioned? Would I spend a ton of money and then be disenchanted with the final result? But Aaron was able to create my absolute dream ring and the experience was easy with no sales pressure. He just listened and made recommendations. It's one of a kind and I look forward to wearing it for the rest of my life.
