Charlie & Frankie were absolutely amazing. Not only did they re-size my fiancées & I’s rings. But they went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect when I picked them up the first time. My fiancées ring was slightly sharp and mine still didn’t fit. Without any questions, they took both the rings back and had them ready and looking perfect within a few days. I have purchased earrings and a necklace from Aaron. My wife loves them. I inquired about getting rings resized at that time as well. Aaron let me know he would happily take care of it When getting the rings resized, we ran into a few delays and a miscommunication.
