Worst customer service at this jeweler. My fiancé came in to get his ring size and the person behind the counter word for word said “No. I’m not going to do that” extremely rudely. Do not give this place your business

Would give this guy a zero, man at the counter was the rudest interaction I think I've ever had with any front counter worker. I asked him about a watch band and he said he'd have to order it , nothing wrong with that but he felt standoffish no big deal I'm an easy going person and brushed it off.Then I just ask for him to check my ring size, he just says "no", then I say I thought a jewelry store would do that, he responded with "I'm not doing that for you" in the rudest way possible. Came here to have a very precious ring resized. Very friendly & beautiful Jewelry Store. The owners are very attentive to your needs & will repair while you wait. Repair includes a year of free cleaning ! Excellent & highly recommended. Thank You for your expertise & kindness. P.S. The coffee was excellent too -)))
