Rude, rude, rude doesn’t even describe the owner’s attitude when we entered the store. No greeting, and when I mentioned I was back with a buyer, as I have been in several times with friends and spent several thousands, she still ignored us and acted like we were there to steal her jewelry. We were in shock at the way she behaved and she lost a nice sale yesterday.

They take the time to make you feel welcome and take the time to explain the pieces in their store. If you don't see what you are looking for they will get it for you or design and make it for you.
