Been trying to get my ring cleaned since August. It's like pulling teeth trying to get someone to answer the phone or an email. Finally after the 5th request the responded with they aren't cleaning rings because of COVID. Seriously?
This place is a joke. Late on the last payment after spending 9000. They threatened with taking the ring back or have men show up to my house. Stay away Over 200 dollars.
