My fav jewelry box! I feel like this location specifically, has more than the rest
Disgusting and unfair rtn/exchange policy... make sure those squishy toys they have out front that kids run off with are actually the ones you want when you pay for the items. We were not even outside the store when my daughter changed her mind and they said over the blaring loud music they couldn't exchange the item... so wierd they did before with my daughter and granddaughter..They need to put valid signs by these dumpling squishy toys and lower that music.
I went to the Jewelry Box prior to closing 7:50 to be exact and the doors were already locked and then the girl in the store was very rude and pointed no at us. Her and the other associates walked out at exactly 8 and were laughing at us. Very rude and unprofessional.
