Terrible Experience – Be Warned If you’re considering buying from this place, do yourself a favor and don’t. Make sure you record every conversation you have with the seller, because they don’t provide any formal contracts and use that to their advantage later. I have a video of the seller promising a lifetime warranty, but when a diamond fell out of my piece and I went in for a fix, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
