I bought a wedding band ring for my wife with gemstones 4 months ago here. One of the stones fell out with normal usage. I can’t get ahold of anyone at the office. We haven’t been able to contact them, we bought this on a vacation to Atlanta and had it shipped to us. It was $1000s! :/

Such a pleasure to walk and be greeted with a warm hello. The shop has beautiful merchandise. I had a very small jewelry repair that was done quickly. The staff is very nice and it is wonderful to work with a family owned business.

Love, love, love JA! I came in with a couple problems with my engagement ring and they fixed them all without causing me to buy a brand new band. It’s better than new! It fits, doesn’t turn and doesn’t pull my hair anymore! So happy with their work. Thank you Jamie!!

Great first time experience! We came in to get two watches resized. We were helped quickly, and service was done same day. The pricing was also very reasonable, compared to other stores. The owner Jamie really stood out for the assistance he provided us! The customer service alone will draw us back in. 🙂

From start to finish, my experience at Jewelry Artisans was exceptional & flawless. I worked with Bee on custom designing a pendant & ring utilizing a ring & necklace I gave her. The results were absolutely stunning. The process was very smooth, thorough & so incredibly fun that I am already thinking about what I am bringing next to Bee to “re-design” !
