His passion for his work is apparent. He shared a wealth of knowledge about the piece I brought in & I left feeling inspired by its history. I brought an heirloom piece for appraisal and it was a wonderful experience. The 1 on 1 interaction helped me learn a lot more about the piece, and the process was fascinating to watch. I found my place for appraisals! This was great, I didn’t have to go into Portland with valuables, I went to a nice safe office building in Lake Oswego and I got what I needed done at the exact price I was quoted, no bait and switch like some places and the owner is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Thank You for a great experience.
