George repaired several rings for me and did a great job. I plan to take a special watch to him to repair because I trust he will do an excellent job with it as well.
Pleasant sales people goes above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend to fix a valuable piece of jewelry or your watch, they do an excellent job. A great place to pick up a gift for a loved one.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was greeted immediately by Mr. George who was polite and professional. I was also able to meet the “other George” who others in the reviews of this place speak so highly of. We talked about options in a real sincere conversation. What else can I say… a job well done at a fair price with true professionals who know their business and genuinely care about their customers. To anyone in central Virginia who is in need of service I say the drive is worth it.
The team at Jewelry and Watch Works was amazing. I have had my husband’s watch serviced by a few establishments before only to have it malfunction again soon after. Since his watch is no longer made, the team went above and beyond searching the world (not kidding) for the missing parts. The watch looks great and is in perfect working order again. My husband is so excited to be wearing it again! The team was helpful, super friendly and welcoming, plus communicative through the process. I highly recommend them!
