I am picking up my very old turquoise ring tomorrow, which Rodney has redone the bezel on. I was able to bring in old gold and silver pieces which paid for the rebuild of the ring. Beth offered to clean my wedding ring with diamonds, which hadn't been cleaned in about 6 years. Rod had to do a special cleaning on it, and it looks unbelievable! As clean and shiny as new. We were visiting the area and popped in—the owners are so lovely! They were happy to clean our rings before we attended an event, and have a really neat selection of gorgeous jewelry.
Came here to have mine and my fiancée’s engagement rings cleaned and polished before our upcoming wedding. They turned it around so quickly because I left it to the last minute. Amazing customer service and our rings look great!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rodney Charles “The Jeweler” was extremely helpful on the design features of my wife's ring. He has tons of experience that really helped us make the right decision in regards to the repair and look of the ring. Beth “The lady behind the counter” was very friendly and made us feel very appreciated. I have, and will continue to, recommend Jewelry Affair to anyone that needs new jewelry, repairs on jewelry or just a good cleaning of their items.
I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired here. Beth is very informative and thorough on the work I’m having done. Rodney does beautiful work and I got my pieces back quickly. They are the only jeweler that I will take my jewelry to. I also bought my husband a beautiful ring custom made by Rodney. He does beautiful work.
