I had SUCH a great experience here having my center stone prongs redone, as well as getting a small stone on my band replaced, and rhodium added. The timeline was great, the pricing was great, Beth and Rodney were amazing and so knowledgeable, plus they have dogs in the shop!!!! I'll definitely be seeing them for any future repairs/ purchases and recommending them to anyone looking for jewelry and/ or repair!
Brought a small 10k ring I found on the ground in. It had been trampled many times and was incredibly misshapen. Rodney fixed it while I waited, which probably took less than 10 minutes from the time I walked into the store. He straightened it out and polished it. If inspected, you can see that it's still very slightly bent/scratched, but it was in rough condition, and you certainly can't tell while I'm wearing it. I am picking up my very old turquoise ring tomorrow, which Rodney has redone the bezel on. I was able to bring in old gold and silver pieces which paid for the rebuild of the ring. Beth offered to clean my wedding ring with diamonds, which hadn't been cleaned in about 6 years. Rod had to do a special cleaning on it, and it looks unbelievable! As clean and shiny as new. We were visiting the area and popped in—the owners are so lovely! They were happy to clean our rings before we attended an event, and have a really neat selection of gorgeous jewelry.
Came here to have mine and my fiancée’s engagement rings cleaned and polished before our upcoming wedding. They turned it around so quickly because I left it to the last minute. Amazing customer service and our rings look great!
