A little background first. I purchased a ring from another store in another town. And after I bought it, I did some research and found out that it wasn't what I was told that I was purchasing. When I went to return it, they wouldn't give me my money back until I took the ring to Jewelry 2000 to confirm that the stone wasn't natural.
