Is there an option to leave no stars? Giving one would be far too generous, and after reading all the other negative reviews about the poor customer service from this place, I feel compelled to share the experience I just had with this business. Joanne and Tali have always been very knowledgeable, extremely good value and a pleasure to deal with. I've bought birthday gifts many times over when they had a store at Eastland and was sad to see them downsize and close. Could not recommend them higher! Shane & Robyn Windley.

I found them to be rude and very unhelpful. I felt like I had Inconvenienced then. Wasn't interested in helping me. So went to Saleras and got the service I expected. Oh well, their loss! Glad they're closing. Adios!

Giving this unprofessional business 1 star is generous .. I don’t know how they are still open after all these years. Extremely poor customer service, i would not recommend buying from here. Disgusting.
