I wish all doctors in Melbourne were at the same standard as Dr Ahmet. He is incredibly thorough and genuinely cares for his patients. His communication is excellent and he makes sure you feel cared for with any health concern/s. Thank you
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Despite calling multiple times to book an appointment, no one answered, and I was left waiting on hold for far too long. Such communication issues create an unprofessional impression. I wanted to use their services, but I had to look for another option due to the lack of response. I hope they improve their system in the future.”
