Called and had somekne come out and give an estimate on a window. They said they would come back friday the 4th to fix it never got done. We have tried calling the lady said she would call back never got a call back. Tried calling back and now every time I call it goes to a voic recorder I've left numerous messages and still have yet to get a call back. By far the worst service I have ever had. The best tinting job I've ever had! The service was very quick, especially with the million questions I had!!!!! LOVE!!!
Inept with poor customer service. I had a bad experience with Meek Glass three years ago. They replaced a fixed window with a cheap single hung window that ultimately froze. I asked Jewell to replace and what a fiasco. They came out and measured. Three days later, Alma from their office called and said they couldn't get a Paramount window for it, and offered a cheap alternative (Home Depot Brand). I have used Jewell Glass & Mirror on three occassions. Two windshields and one window at the house. Not one problem at all. Great work and customer service! I will use again and highly recommend. Thanks Mark, Angie, & Daniel.
AVOID ! I paid in advance for a simple residential window pane replacement, 1 week later the WRONG pane arrived, after another week the incompetent installer put the pane in the frame CROOKED then it began FALLING out of the frame! Angela was useless and ignored my repeated requests for repair, then demanded a SERVICE CALL FEE to return to remove the danger they created!!
