Everything about my visits here have been 5 stars. Scheduling and rescheduling is simple. The front desk is always pleasant and professional and so is the exam. And most important my prescriptions are always perfect!!
The service wasn’t bad, but what REALLY irritates me about that location is, they LITERALLY almost never answer their phone, and it’s not because they’re that busy, because I’ve stood outside watching the desk while I called and they just don’t seem to like answering their phone. Have been coming her for 4 years. Nice new Hi tech equipment. The thing I like the most is how informative they are while conducting the exams. All of the staff is great, and it’s very clean.
This was the best medical appointment I have ever had. Everyone was friendly, informative, patient, and most of all kind. I felt welcome and taken care of from the moment I walked in to the time I checked out. Thank you all so much. See you next year!
