Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I would NOT recommend so called “Doctor” Castillo unless you basically want to be slapped in the face. Awful, awful, awful.
Very happy I’ve found this dentist. Always so kind when I come in, and very knowledgeable. Shows me visuals and answers all my questions clearly every time. Highly recommend.
The customer service here is definitely lacking, no one answers the phone. Hard to schedule an appointment if you are never in the office! And they don't return phone calls.
