Stopped by quickly one evening just as the shop was closing up. We chatted quick with the owner and agreed to come by the next day. She remembered us and was so sweet when we came in the following day. She helped us with new permanent bracelets AND was kind enough to shorten an existing permanent piece that I had from a different shop in Victoria that had stretched out. I was SO appreciative of her willingness to help and I will definitely come back on any future visits to Van!
Three years ago I took my bestie here for her birthday and we got matching permanent bracelets.. fast forward 3 years later they’re still on! So we went back to get matching permanent anklets because our first experience was so positive.The quality and the overall experience is so awesome definitely recommend!!
Love this little hidden gem in downtown Vancouver! Exceptional customer service, great quality and selection. My mom and I got permanent bracelets done and have received so many compliments. Thanks Elsa for going out of your way to accommodate us. We will be back ;-)
