My now fiancé and I worked with Ruvim on a custom designed engagement ring and we are so happy with how it turned out. He made it so extremely easy and offered creative suggestions and somehow created something that just suits me so well… I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect ring to wear… the quality and customer service was top notch from start to finish. I brought my engagement ring in to be reset. I had to go back several times to have the prongs evened out. I reached out to Nancy, the owner, to express my frustration, and she personally oversaw the fixing of my ring. Felix, Ruvim, and Nancy were all kind, patient, and knowledgeable as they helped me get my ring fixed. I would recommend Jewelfire!
