I've had several custom pieces made by Felix at Jewelfire Diamonds in Olde Town Arvada. He does absolutely phenomenal work. One piece he made for me was from a simple 3 stone necklace inherited from a family member, resigned into a colorful flower necklace for a younger family member. Great service
Been using this jeweler for a few years now and in the last year its become a waste of time and money. Multiple rings/bracelets that ive had sized and/or fixed recently have snapped at the sizing point or break again within a month. When I take them back in they tell me not only am I paying full price again, but prices have gone up. Had a ring sized and it was done incorrectly, probably because the guy was too busy talking over me to listen and the stone is messed up. I needed a knot taken out of a necklace I purchased and they were extremely helpful and got it out within 5 minutes. They also gave me a box for it no charge! Highly recommend Jewelfire Diamonds.
