Do not take your jewelry here!! I had a ring that was missing diamonds. I asked him to put in the same cut and clarity in natural diamonds just like the rest of my ring! I told him that I had another jeweler, and that other jeweler was going to do it for a certain price. Honestly if I could have given no stars or negative stars I would have. Times are tough so I had my fiance take in a ring and a set of earrings to sell. Earrings were 14k and the ring was 10k. Weight was 8.8 grams and the ring is thing was 7.- something. Now I can understand needing to make a profit. However the offer that was given was unrealistic and insulting. I had a great experience getting my ring sized here! The service was very fast — it only took a couple of days, and all the work was done in-house. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. The master jeweler was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced.
