Henry, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly. We went in to get a ring resized, and offered up a better offer that saved us money and helped prolong the life of the ring. He didn't try and up sell us on things we didn't need. I'll be taking all future jewelry repairs to him.
The gentleman who owns this gem is a genuine master of his craft. Though his name escapes my memory, his kind manner and he honorable business conduct have granted him, at the least, my consideration for future, though infrequent jewelry purchases.
