They did a great job taking out a link and making my watch more comfortable
Very friendly and helpful staff. Just came in for a ring cleaning+polish, but the turnaround time was very fast and the ring is sparkling like new.
Great experience and great job fixing a few watches and bought a very nice but affordable bracelet as well!

Ryan and Tu take time to listen, and also offer suggestions and helpful advice to produce the best possible results with every jewelry piece. All of their staff are very kind and helpful as well!
