Professional store with nice and friendly owners.
They re-sized my brand new wedding band (part of a matching set) and completely changed the finish on the ring! Now they don't match! They said they outsource jobs like this to someone named Lauren, who apparently took it upon herself to re-finish my ring (and burn the inside!). The only reason I had Jeweler's Gallery re-size my ring was due to their good reputation, but to find out they didn't even work on it is a slap in my face!
