They've fixed 2 rings and a clasp on my gold necklace. They are so, so kind and the prices are great. The only place I'll take my jewelry to be repaired.
I found some shot that looked like silver and gold so I took it in there to get it appraised and possibly cashed in. First he told me none of it was real. Then he tested the silver and it was real. He wouldn't test what I think is gold, but offered me $15 for everything I had. I declined and he made up some bull about it being customary to tip the jeweler for testing your items. I looked it up to see if it was true and it's not customary at all. What a loser.
This place is great!!! The two guys I met were awesome. I'm from out of state and a gold chain broke. They fixed it withing two hours even though they have a two week backlog. Great people, Great service, Great price. Thanks Jeweler LLC
