After the repair was completed, I found that it was much more expensive than all the upfront quotes the other plumbers had given, because they charge by time. I had originally thought I might keep using this company in the future if anything at home needed repairing, but I don’t think there will be a next time. What’s more, during the repair they weren’t very familiar with the brand I use. That made it take even longer than it originally would have.
Thankyou for your prompt service on checking the pipes & soak well. Very appreciated your service & I can thoroughly recommend your company ten out of ten.!!!
Lovely helpful receptionist and plumber. Very quick response
Very prompt service. Call was answered by a human which i loved. Work was assigned in a timely manner as with the resolution of the problem. Nice young plumbers attended who were respectful and professional. This will be my go to plumbing company going forward.
