The guys were incredibly respectful, efficient and did a great job. All aspects of the job were explained in detail and the end result was perfect. Highly recommend!
Poor communication from the start. Had to ring constantly to keep the process going. Paid money for an estimate costings and have heard nothing since they sent the quote, even though we have emailed them. The receptionist was confused with the process and we felt like they knew nothing about us. We chose another company for our build as a result.
Had our en-suite renovated by Jewelbic and overall we were disappointed. The sales and design people were great. Estimated build time of 5 weeks turned into 16 weeks with only a couple of things out of their control. The tiling alone took 3 weeks in small irregular visits. It always felt like they had taken on too much work. From day 1 comms were poor and we never really felt front of mind. In fact some early issues raised were challenged and met with skepticism. I HIGHLY recommend Jewelbic! They are AMAZING!!! They just completed 2 full bathroom renovations in my home. I worked with Kyle Skene on my budget and he was incredibly accommodating to work with me on all different options. He was responsive, professional and easy to work with and he helped me get the budget to where I wanted it and I did not feel like I cut any corners creatively.
