Bought a ring for my son and ring was poorly made that it cracked and went back 1 day later and they absolutely refused to make it right. And accused son of breaking the ring! The lady who sold the ring said I can bring it back if something was wrong with it. Which they did not honor it. No sign visible at the time of purchase.
