Pressure sales tactics. Don’t listen to customers when they express a budget. My brother (not all there) was convinced to open a loan to pay for over 2k of jewelry he open expressed to them he couldn’t afford. Sad to hear they would take advantage of someone like that. They told him “it was an investment” and ignored his request to not go over the budget.
