If I could give 0 stars, I would. This store sold me a chain claiming it was “real gold” — turns out it’s completely fake. Within hours it started fading and leaving marks on my skin. When I brought it up, the guy acted rude and dismissive instead of taking responsibility. They clearly thrive on scamming people who trust them. Save your money and go anywhere else. This place is nothing but a rip-off it failed every test like the magnet test. Please don’t make the mistake I made.
So I was trying to buy a necklace from these guys, and when I told them I was going to come out on monday, they said that would be fine. Contact them let them know it's Monday and going to try to make my way out,. But they replied back said they sell that necklace. And they only had some other ones available that were more expensive. I had a disappointing experience with this jeweler. The quality of the jewelry did not match the high prices, and the craftsmanship was lacking. They did not honor their commitments, which showed a lack of integrity and trustworthiness. They could’ve and should’ve offered better customer service to keep clients coming back. In this case, I will not return and will take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for reliable service or value.
