The staff are always friendly, patient, and really help me find exactly what I am looking for. The jewelry selection is stuning and high quality. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

0 star! I placed a $550 deposit on December 6, 2025 for a custom jewelry piece totaling $1,100 with Ali, the store manager. Unfortunately, I never received the item. Communication was very difficult. I was told multiple times that Ali would call me back, but days would pass without any follow-up, and I had to repeatedly reach out myself. I was later informed that the business is unable to complete the custom piece. Customer Service was great! The jewelry looks very fake. Glad I didn't purchase. I went home and read the reviews were really bad.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This store sold me a chain claiming it was “real gold” — turns out it’s completely fake. Within hours it started fading and leaving marks on my skin. When I brought it up, the guy acted rude and dismissive instead of taking responsibility. They clearly thrive on scamming people who trust them. Save your money and go anywhere else. This place is nothing but a rip-off it failed every test like the magnet test. Please don’t make the mistake I made.
