Victor did an amazing job on altering a piece I had at an extremely fair price. He was able to take a pair of very large earrings and create two pendants and a smaller set of earrings. He gave a great recommendation on the design as well. Very happy with the work and timeliness of accomplishing it.
This guy is very strange seems to cater to rich people which explains the positive reviews. I repeat do not try to sell gold here as you will get a low ball offer,or get criticism on your scrap gold saying it's weird looking without testing it. Gold is very high and they offer very low value Google scrap calculator t o get and idea of the value of your gold.
Took a loose diamond here & had the absolute best experience! I watched my setting get custom made in front of me & a week later had the most gorgeous ring I could’ve ever asked for given to me! Can’t recommend this place again!
Kevin and his family do an amazing job. They make sure customers are happy and satisfied, he created me a custom engagement ring last year before Christmas and it turned out amazing. I'm getting ready to propose with it soon, but I had noticed one of the stones was larger than the other after looking at it hard enough. Outstanding customer service and Kevin just gained a future client. Last week I took my rings in to be cleaned and wanted to meet the new owners. I believe his name was Kevin who greated me and cleaned my rings. I noticed the next morning one of my small stone had fallen out. I called Kevin and explained what I noticed and he assured me that he would take care of it.
